Statement Analysis® is the most accurate way of determining if a person is being truthful. This is because people's words will betray them. This training will show an attorney what to look for in order to detect deception when interviewing a client or a potential witness, when examining a witness during a legal proceeding and when reading a document.
This training is designed so you can proceed at your own pace. While you could complete the training in one day, you will have six months (180 days) to complete the training. This training comes with a 48-page workbook that is located online.
At the end of each lesson, there is a short quiz you will have to take. This will help you to review the techniques taught in the lesson.
There are also eleven test statements for you to analyze. You can compare your analysis with a completed analysis. This will allow you to see how well you are grasping the techniques. For the final test statement, you will submit to me your analysis using an online form. I will review your analysis and provide you with some feedback.
Upon completing the training, you will be able to download and print a Certificate of Completion.
All of my training and studies have been in the United States. Therefore, this training is based on the English language as spoken in the United States. Cultural differences and phrases used in other English speaking countries may have to be taken into consideration when analyzing a statement from someone outside the U.S. The majority of the techniques will apply no matter what language a person is speaking.
